I’m Hafsie, a mompreneur.

And I know what it’s like to look like you have it all but quietly feel like everything is falling apart.

Ten years into my entrepreneurial journey, I had checked every box and achieved every goal. By all external measures, I was a success. But inside, I felt empty. The fulfillment I thought would come from money and milestones? It never showed up.

And when I became a mother, it became even more glaringly obvious. My identity unraveled. The things that once motivated me no longer mattered. I felt detached, unmotivated, and lost, trying to squeeze my evolving self into a life and business that no longer fit.

So I paused. And I tore everything apart. Not just my business but my beliefs, my habits, my vision, my identity.

The Journey That Changed Everything

I tried two life coaches.
Three therapists.
Countless books, routines, and courses. But nothing helped until I surrendered completely and rebuilt everything from the ground up.
This time with faith, freedom, and alignment at the center.

Today, my life and business are rooted in peace, purpose, and barakah. Not performance. Not pressure. Not the illusion of perfection.

I’ve learned that true success isn’t about checking boxes, it’s about building a life where your habits, mindset, values, and systems reflect who you actually are. As a mother. A wife. A woman of faith. And a builder of beautiful things.

Why I Do This

I created this brand along with my sisters Maryam Wada and Ikram Arabi. It was built for women who are done living on autopilot, stop reacting to life and start designing it intentionally.

✅ This is for the woman who is high-functioning but secretly exhausted.

✅ The woman who knows how to get things done but can’t seem to feel truly fulfilled.

✅ The woman who’s outgrown the life she’s been performing because we’ve been her.

And now, we help her reset. Realign. Rebrand. And rebuild.

Everything we offer, from journals and planners to mentorship and business strategy, is designed to help you create a life and business that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.

This isn’t just about productivity.
It’s about peace.
It’s about purpose.
It's about coming home to yourself.

What We Believe

✅ You don’t need to become someone else to grow, you just need to realign with who you were created to be.

✅ You can be wildly successful and spiritually grounded.

✅ Your business should support your life, not consume it.

✅ You don’t have to choose between peace and performance.

✅ You can honor your faith, your feminine energy, and your ambition, all at once.

LET'S BEGIN!

Meet The Team

Assalamu alaykum, hi! I’m Maryam

I'm a writer, worldschooling mama of three, and one of the co-founders of Nour & Ink.

Everywhere I go, I carry a heart full of du’a and a love for meaningful moments.

I care deeply about seeing women win and I believe we're capable of incredible things, especially when we have the space to pause, the tools to reflect, and the systems to grow with intention.

Whether I’m writing a personal think-out-loud, designing a new journal, or planning my next family adventure, my mission stays the same: to help you realign and rebuild.

Hi, I'm Ikram

COO of Nour & Ink

I’m Ikram Jamal Arabi - the system-loving, structure-thriving soul behind operations at Nour and Ink. I’m the one who takes the big, beautiful visions from Hafsie and Maryam and helps turn them into something tangible, organized, and rooted in real impact.

I’m not your typical journal-every-day type, but give me a framework or a solid system? I’m in my element. I thrive on clarity, direction, and steady growth. For me, real change starts with honesty, being willing to face your flaws, lean into discomfort, and keep showing up with intention, one small step at a time.

Outside of Nour and Ink, I’m working a 9–5 and doing life alongside my husband, trusting in Allah’s perfect plan as we hope to grow our little family. I have a hopeful, resilient heart. Rarely shaken. Always looking for the good, even when life doesn’t go to plan. My tawakkul grounds everything I do, I genuinely believe what’s written for me won’t miss me, and there’s always khayr, even in the detours.

Through Nour and Ink, I’m building a legacy that, inshaAllah, benefits both this world and the next.
